Era Hall is a mutli-purpose hall available on rent from 4 pm  to 4 pm on next day. Era Halls carpet area is 10,800 sq.ft. with a stage size of 750 sq.ft. and parking of 40,000 sq.ft. Other facilities like Kitchen 1400 sq.ft., 4 Nos. Air-conditioned Modern Rooms for bride/ groom, having attached bath, geyser and dressing and 6 nos. deluxe rooms are available. Ultra Modern Sound System with 2 Microphones and Two Special King-Queen chairs for bride/groom. 600 Fiber chairs for hall are also provided.
Era Hall also provides a total package including hall, food, other equipments as per customers need at reasonable prices.

In 2006, Era Garden Project was completed having 20 flats and 7 bunglows.
